      Pros

      CEO Lars Houmann is a fantastic person. FH spends a lot of time and effort promoting the mission to "Extend the healing ministry of Christ". It is a faith based organization. I have been fortunate that most of my career has been under fantastic leadership. With the exception of one person, every immediate supervisor and most of the rest of leadership has made me feel like they have my best interest at heart. Benefits are pretty good. Should be voted one of the best places to work in IT. FH does not have all of the gimmicks that would get them on the list. Just an overall sincere group of people.

      Cons

      FH is big so you will have some circumstances where someone does not feel well treated.

      Pros

      It's conveinent, 12 hour shifts equals less days at work, plenty overtime avaible to supplement the low pay, new facility

      Cons

      Low pay with over 10 years experience I was offered $14.50 per hour and found this to be the case with 3 others in orentation. Instead of just annoucing no raises they gave knowledgable employees low review points as the reason for not receiving a raise. One employee who has worked for the company for 4 years has only received a raise once at her very first review

      Pros

      Balance in life is important and Florida Hospital recognizes the need to accomplish this in order for morale and productivity to be elevated at all times.

      Cons

      Some of the job classes are stretched very thin due to budget cuts and lack of staff. This can be very ehausting to those doing the job currently.
