      Pros

      Good benefits, promote healthy lifestyle through wellness program, the majority of non-management personnel were pretty decent people to work with.

      Cons

      Management was poor, communication issues at every level of the organization, major egos in many cases, no "team" feel, negative attitudes.

      Pros

      The hospital is beautiful and the work people do is very efficient. There is a clear system and they give you very extensive training, with easy communication with leaders. The job isn't too difficult; there were some days where I would bring a book, etc. However, you still gain great experiences with working with people.

      Cons

      The job as a desk clerk could get a little boring. The nurses seemed overworked, especially in MedSurg, but they still seemed pretty satisfied with their jobs.
