Pros

If you know how to kiss behind, you can move up quickly in the company. Fellow co-workers are great to work with.

Cons

Low pay for the area. They pick their favorites and let them move up into positions they are not qualified for. They cut raises to say money, but let administration take 3 paid vacations. Administration doesn't care about you or your life. And that lack of caring carries over to the residents.

Pay is relatively good for the area. Some of the employees are good at what they do. Enjoyable patient population. Scenic area.

Cons

I've never worked for a more dysfunctional organization. The management is completely unresponsive, and many employees gossip and complain incessantly. It's a terrible work environment.
