Pros
Pay is relatively good for the area. Some of the employees are good at what they do. Enjoyable patient population. Scenic area.
Cons
I've never worked for a more dysfunctional organization. The management is completely unresponsive, and many employees gossip and complain incessantly. It's a terrible work environment.
