      Middle Management in IT is horrible

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Middle management is a joke. Management at the executive level have no idea what is going on below them. I have seen a lot of good people leave because they are so frustrated with management in the desktop support area.

      People are nice, not high pressure, family first attitude

      Cons

      Doesn't understand competition. Cares about bottom line over patient care. More meetings than working. Uses power in community to bribe decision makers
