Pros
The new buildings are state of the art and very modern with the most advance conferencing type of technology. The design of the buildings is very conducive to collaboration and team building. The cafeteria has very healthy food choices. I worked in IS and we always had the latest Cerner products for our hospitals. We were cutting edge and it was exciting to be able to provide this to our customers. The internal help desk is one of the best I have experienced. Your issues with the laptop are fixed very quickly.
Cons
If you are not Adventist or very religious you may not completely fit in the culture. They pray in meetings so if this makes you uncomfortable this may not be the right place to work.
