Thoughtful, honest, genuine people that are holistic in views of health care, great benefit package including a good investment towards employee's retirement and possible disability.

Cons

Add a way for licensed professionals to obtain CE credits at no cost and consider student loan reimbursement for professions that have required years of education and also consider education obtained in pay scale calculations.
