The Adventist philosophy actually does make this hospital chain better than most, especially HCA. HCA only cares about profits. I find Florida Hospital to be forward thinking, creative, respectful, etc.

Cons

Night shift was the only way I could survive. Day shift starts too early and the micro management by supervisors during day still gives me nightmares.

Smaller location and easy to learn your way around.

Cons

Understaffed at all times. Turnover is high and when an employee quits it takes months to hire someone new which leaves all the work on remaining co-workers. Do not work here, complete waste of time.
