Mission driven organization that did try to do the right thing. Salary was good. Raises regular. People nice.

Cons

Sometimes upper leadership seemed a little disconnected, but all in all it was a good place to work.

Great environment where everyone is expert in their field. Wellness and other great perks are other nice incentives.

Cons

If you're looking for a casual place where you can "dress down" for work this is not it. It is a corporate office and the dress code reflects that.
