Pros

Atmosphere is very friendly and great positive environment. The religious atmosphere is very nice for me personally but I could see that this may not make everyone feel the same way that hold different beliefs.

Cons

You have Paid Days Off (PDO) but no paid holidays, so even when the offices are closed for holidays and you aren't working the pay is coming from your PDO time.

Excellent place to work, good benefits, staff education a plus, chances to increase knowledge and advance great, nurse to patient ratio usually kept at level that patients are provided with exemplary care

Cons

Staff education regarding changes are sometimes at levels that don't allow staff time to fully absorb information before implementing changes. If staff are sick on weekends they have to work the next weekend to make it up
