Monthly bonuses, room for growth if you want to move up

Cons

Lack of effective training, no one is on the same page, low pay with annual raises (which are the same amount for everyone even if you do the work of 5 people)

Unrealistic charting requirements. Negative, accusatory environment that is making me physically sick I leave every shift sick and upset over being accused of something always.
