      Great start but fizzling out

      Pros

      Good location, nice office space. Early on it was a great place to work with a lot of energy. This has gone and the new motto is "sell your way out of it". that sums up the company vision and strategy. Our CEO is a great sales guy but is all operations. No strategy. Rather than fire people up with vision, he rambles on about operational stats.

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand how to grow the business. They are stuck. It's hard to see any career growth when we don't hire in fresh, young blood and the same group of guys will always be running the show. I was just promoted, but it was a social promotion. You can only be in management if you are in sales.

      Great Employer, Open to Ideas

      Pros

      Acquity Group was a really wonderful place to work. The leadership team was extremely open to new ideas and ways of doing things, as a result, felt like I could really make a difference and an impact. A great place to work.

      Cons

      I was generally very happy, but one downfall is that there is no 401-k matching while I was there.

      Great opportunities for a long-term career

      Pros

      Acquity Group is a great blend of a small-company feel with large company success. They provide services & solutions to the big-name brands, yet the Leadership team makes an effort to know each individual employee. They are very entrepreneurial in spirit, meaning they continually revise their service & solution offerings based on the market demands. I’ve been here for over six years and I’ve seen the company grow from a traditional technology-focused consulting firm to a full-service Digital Marketing Agency. I’ve had opportunities here to proactively grow and shape my experience level right along with the company. Note to parents: I’m a working Mom (and became so while working for Acquity Group). AG has been very supportive of the flexibility I need to work around Day Care commitments. This was a huge mental relief for me and something I don’t think you get a lot of places.

      Cons

      The long-term benefits aren't great. Although I believe they may be revised at some point. This isn't a 40-hour-a-week job. If you are looking for a steady-eddy job, this isn’t the place for you.
