Pros

There are some excellent people here. The benefits are good for a company this size. Some members of Senior Management are accessible. We occasionally get some good clients.

Cons

There is little vertical communication with Sales or input to the bidding process, resulting in unrealistic expectations. Infrastructure is scarce, ancient and broken. There are few opportunities for advancement unless you are a college hire.

Pros

Chances to get on good projects, some good clients, talented people for the most part.

Cons

Internal operations were annoying. It took ages to recover money from expense reports, and many times the fight over expense line items was prolonged. It is consulting -- we get it -- but the vibe in the office felt like cost cutting was everywhere and I had the sense they were trying to sell out to anyone who would buy. Also that strange model of consulting, hosting, and recruiting. Older platforms too, and partnerships with companies in the twilight years.
