      - Supportive environment for beginners - Easy place to build confidence and get reps in - Good exposure to real customers and real sales conversations - Team culture is generally positive and helpful - Flexible part-time structure that’s good for students or people developing skills - Management gives you space to grow without pressure - You learn fundamental sales skills quickly (objection handling, customer service, communication)

      Poor leadership. And as you may think this is Cons it’s Pros as you don’t have to worry about having high standards- they simply don’t care

      Cons

      Fairmont Riyadh has poor culture if not culture at all. People without any experience get hired at the high level position, those that management likes gets promoted even if they don’t deserve it . If you are professional and with experience will work like a slave without any appreciation.
