Pros

The team is supportive, the office space is beautiful, fun team events and initiatives, salary is decent and they offer health insurance. You will learn a lot about customer service, dealing with all types of clients, it's a good job to grow your skills

Cons

The tasks are monotonous, it's a call center type job. You will receive calls all day, sometimes up to 70. Rotational shifts.
