Pros

- Interesting and Challenging Projects - They pay the salaries on time - Health / Dental benefits package is excellent - Good people (unfortunately locals don't stick around)

Cons

- Don't value their non- Spanish people -Ignore local expertise/resources - Bring lots of people from Spain (even on clerical positions) -Reputation on the market is really bad (subcontractors always complain about bid shopping and many don't even want to send them prices) - Place inexperienced people in key functions - Very unprofitable, promised bonus on the offer, but this never happened (Don't count on their bonus) - Looses all good people, and has a very high turn around - No strong presence in Canada, which means that when the job is finished, you're done! Unless you're Spanish of course

Pros

The health and dental benefits package was pretty good.

Cons

No RRSP. If you weren't Spanish, you were treated like garbage. The only people promoted or offered to move to other locations within the company were Spanish. Raises and bonuses were not given for a job well done, they were given to the Spanish, the favorites, the butt kissers. If you spoke up about anything or anyone, you were let go.

Very Intrusive

Pros

Some good people, but not enough to make it worth it.

Cons

Company is very intrusive when it comes to not only its own employees but to those on the side of the EPC's that they hire to construct their projects as well. Asking the management team at a project site "what keeps you up at night" is not the way to ask someone if they see any potential issues with the project. Pay and per diem isn't all that great either, and certainly didn't compensate for the way certain members of upper management made you feel on their visits. Corporate management treats site teams and EPC's in such a condescending manner, it is very off-putting, and quite frankly, rude.
