      Pros

      None come to mind - some of the employees are friendly. Most are rude and disrespectful. Very fake in the beginning and quickly become cold and won't even say hello. The office in Downtown Chicago is nice.

      Cons

      Toxic environment full of negativity; employees are not happy and management is lacking in empathy. Never have I seen an HR team behave so poorly and insensitively. The organization is in such an amazing industry. Too bad the culture is horrific and treatment is borderline hostile (maybe not borderline).

      Pros

      very interesting projects throughout Canada. Good opportunities to work on large scale mega projects and expand your network.

      Cons

      HR department in Canada is immoral and unprofessional. Senior management is constantly changing. Acciona will keep you moving around the country.

      Pros

      This company is a totally green company that is involved in all forms of renewable energy. They could have the tiger by the tail. There is a very strong parent company behind everything. They do things right and treat people right in Spain.

      Cons

      The only people that manage to stay at the North American corporate level are those that really deserve the boot! I just don't understand how a company like this can be so foolish. They bleed good people continuously, while the bottom-of-the-barrel stay. Not good for the long-term outlook. This causes employee turnover to be horrendous, both at the HQ in Chicago and even worse at the site locations!
