Pros
Interesting projects throughout Canada. Good to expand your network and move forward. If you're spanish speaker than this is definitely the place you want to be as it will remind you on how the works are done back in Spain...
Cons
Relocation is inevitable. No employee development. No retirement plans offered. Difficult to be noticed and recognized as there will always be a friend of a friend in need for your position. Extra hours are per default with no remuneration. Deceiving communication throughout all management levels. Overall we are talking about a company whose spanish creators, cousins for that matter, do not stand each other.
