There is no chance to get promoted into the company due to be all the management positions were ocupied by long-term loyal managers. If you are in their own "sect" you cannot promote. Insane long working hours with not compensation or any kind of support from top management. Relocation for any kind of new position because they only work in big projects, so relocation is mandatory if you want to keep working with them. There is not communication between HR & management with employees about what is the next step. Last minute call about your relocation (sometimes from Eastcoast to westcoast) A lot of propaganda about Company culture but not development about it. Big distance between employess and Top management: so much secretism. 75% of the employees with more than 4 years of experience have quit during the last 4 years. So many changes at the Top Management positions: 3 Country managers in less than 3 years. No future working projects for the next year.

Fading energy, excessive unuseful burocracy to the point of damaging the business and comercial actions, bad knowledge management, risk assessment by burocrats who don´t know what they are deciding on, slow and ad-hoc decisions by top management
