      Challenging environment allowed for personal growth, if not professional growth, if you were resilient, pliable and ready to accept working conditions that were often difficult due to greater internal and external forces.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily tense conditions in many groups caused by micromanagement cascading from senior management. Below-average professional growth prospects due to shrinking number of FTEs.
