      Pros

      Chinese kids are cute and kind. A student of mine cried when I said I'm going to stop teaching at Acadsoc. (I don't really have a "pro" for acadsoc)

      Cons

      - Disorganized customer service/tutor assistance - extremely low pay even though I was already a top tutor (I got 55pesos per 25min class)

      Pros

      No pros. None whatsoever.

      Cons

      1) Horrible staff. They take around a month to finish training and get your profile up and running. 2) Illiterate staff. Their English is so horrible and bad. Bad grammar, bad writing, jumbled up words. It takes me 20 minutes to figure out what they are trying to say. 3) Company and students are racist. I've had 0 classes booked since I started out. The company asked me to change my hairstyle, beard, clothes for nothing. Students don't want to book me because they don't like white people and Acadsoc is 90% Asian, i.e the tutors are Asian.

      Pros

      Booked classes are paid, but its not enough. You can manage your own time, but it is also not enough.

      Cons

      Salary is very low. Instead of earning and learning for your growth, eventually you get exhausted because of the work time and the low salary. It's not worth it.
