      Pros

      *Good Company *Good salary *The bonuses are okay too. *Kind, helpful and patient supervisors *Big help to all who wants to work from home, specially to all mommies.

      Cons

      Honestly, sometimes the CS are not really a big help to the student and tutors. Also, penalties are to high. And sometime they are also on the students side, sometimes you also need to investigate the complaints, not just put a penalty against it because sometime the students don't like the teacher and just put a bad rating and complaint. :/

      -Students are very understanding and quick-witted -Supervisors are quick to respond -Pay is on a weekly basis -Cancelled classes by students are being paid -GOOD ENTRY-LEVEL AND PART-TIME job

      Cons

      -Supervisors have mood-swings and quick to judge you without knowing what went wrong with the class or between you and he RUDE STUDENT -Poor CS Support. Very slow responses. -below he expected salary

      > Fast processing of application > You get paid weekly thru paypal > Salary is given with or without classes > Most students are nice > Flexible schedule > There are bonuses

      Cons

      > When you get complains from students, you'll get deductions IMMEDIATELY. They won't even ask you about it and you won't have the chance to explain. > The only basis of the management of your skill as a teacher is the student's comments. NOTHING ELSE. They can easily say that this job is not for you by merely using these complains as source. > Few opportunities for growth.
