      You get to choose your schedule

      Cons

      Direct supervisors are rude. They are not helpful. They will ask for your schedule and then they will automatically close your open slots without proper reasons. They will also blame you for unbooked schedules. During problems and questions about classes and rules of the company, supervisors are not helpful. They will not reply to your queries. You just gotta figure it out yourself.

      Pros

      1. Good starting rate. Where it grows too 2. Nost students are quite polite. 3. Paid even when classes are unbooked sor cancelled by students. 4. A lot of incentives. A LOT even for new teachers. 5. They have point system. The more points you have, the awesome the rewards are.

      Cons

      1. CS are quite untrained. It is not clear whether the CS can actually help the teacher or student. Often times the CS are not approachable. 2. Website seems to crash frequently. 3. Salary is paid through paypal. It takes a while to get your cash.
