      Pros

      They have the best compensation package available, fair to the tutors and is a good motivation source. They offer fixed rates and flexible compensation packages. HRs are very accommodating and approachable!

      Cons

      There is only one con and it was their change of payment frequency. From weekly it was now changed to bi-weekly. There are rumors though that it will be back hopefully it will be soon. Weekly payout is very convenient for most tutors.

      > Fast processing of application > You get paid weekly thru paypal > Salary is given with or without classes > Most students are nice > Flexible schedule > There are bonuses

      Cons

      > When you get complains from students, you'll get deductions IMMEDIATELY. They won't even ask you about it and you won't have the chance to explain. > The only basis of the management of your skill as a teacher is the student's comments. NOTHING ELSE. They can easily say that this job is not for you by merely using these complains as source. > Few opportunities for growth.
