*easy hiring process *unbooked classes are still paid
Cons
*you still have to work even if you are dying because 1. You will get a warning letter. 3 warning letters and you are out. 2. Will not get paid for that day (obviously) 3. You will be penalized twice your hourly rate 4. Your Direct Supervisor will reduce your working hours. (In my case my DS locked my schedule so no one can book it and it will not be paid and she did not open my schedule for the following week)
