      The application process is fast, the company provides training and there a lot of bonuses at the top of the salary

      Working in acadsoc is very fun, great students and very responsive staff. *Flexible, work remote, good pay

      *students are very nice and sweet. *easy hiring process *you make your own schedule *bonus

      Cons

      *low salary *you have to work even if you are dying because A. You will get a warning letter. 3 warning letters and you are out B. You will be penalized twice of your hourly rate. C. TMs will close your schedule without notice or reduce your working hours. D. TMs won't let you open schedule for next week. * lack of teachers and TM communication. *No feedback about your class *SOME HR staff would not reply to your queries.
