      First of all, no proper training always leave newbies confuse about whats going to happen to proper training and SUPERVISOR/MANAGEMENT is VERY UNRESPONSIVE!!!

      Flexible hours, working at home, you can pass training even with a low level of English

      Cons

      Terrible and irresponsible management, they don't reply or action your requests on time, and when they do it is hard to understand their English. If you want to ask them questions or ask for information they don't like replying and their level of English is so low sometimes that they clearly don't understand you. They are rude and have a very condescending attitude towards tutors. Ridiculous and harsh penalties that include 200% penalties in salary for each class missed, even through power cuts, emergencies etc. There is nothing they will do, and you will lose 2 days pays for missing 1 days work. This company will end up causing you more stress than it's worth.
