      I always experience fully booked schedules

      very unresponsive TM and CS!!! I'm experiencing technical issues with my tool and I've been escalating it to my TM and CS but I haven't got any response! I got penalties and cancelled classes because of my issue. I tried discussing this to my Team Manager but she doesn't response!!!

      when you are not doing their standards you will get penalty but when you need help very unlucky to have thi incompetent and iresposible TM

      All my classes are fully booked. The team Manager is good.

      Cons

      1. High Penalties for absences and cancellation 2. Very lag website. So irritating. Just about to leave remarks, but it won't let me due to system is down. You are only paid if you completed the remarks.
