Minimal fee - for starters. I am getting paid per class at the moment.

They do not acknowledge the effort of their teacher by giving enough rewards/incentives or even a single praise for teachers good rating but they do acknowledge and promote their rules strictly like huge deductions on pay, huge deduction for absences etc without considering the side of the teacher. They pay low (100.00php per hr) , lots of technical issues on site and app that are being used, Dm's are useless considering that what they only do is to plot schedules and sad to say most Dm's are rude especially Chinese Dm's yet they can't even communicate well or speak well using English language-- language barrier between the teacher and the Dm. They just care about their company profile -- one sided company. Never cares for their employee at all.
