      On my behalf ,I want to tell how much I appreciate the endless hours of acadsoc's management ,they're dedicated to getting us their tutors our schedules. I admired all your ingenuity in creating that outstanding company for people like me who prefer to work at home . I was personally impressed with the way you kept your staff motivated and focused. Thank you for giving the best company . May acadsoc enjoy this type of success in all your endeavors.

      So far acadsoc has been nothing but an amazing company for me, really hoping that they would stay this way because I am looking forward to the development of my career with them.

      Pros

      This is a brilliant way to avoid traffic. you can sleep in until at least an hour before your shift just to give you enough time to take a bath and have breakfast before starting your day at work.

      Cons

      its hard to be focused when you are at home because our home can be our comfort zone. so you have to practice time management and stick to your work hours.
