Pros

You can manage your own schedule you get the chance to work from the comfort of your home Some students were nice

Cons

Every single late clock in although your class is still not yet starting is a deduction Every complaint from a student who knows nothing when speaking English is a deduction An emergency case that results to you not being able to attend class although you informed your Direct supervisor is a deduction and will locked all your unbooked classes which means no pay CS always points that you're having a problem with the teaching tool although it's your students fault Sometimes CS cannot be reach

Pros

You'll be able to work at home. You are in charge of your own schedule. The salary transfer is always on time.

Cons

Low salary rate, Php90.00 only per hour for beginners. 200% of your salary will be deducted if you cancel a class, regardless if it's emergency or not. You will not be paid if the student cancelled the class or if the student is absent, but you are required to wait, just in case the student show up. No HR talk, you have to figure out everything you need to know by asking your supervisor. Or you can check the training kit by yourself.

Pros

Flexible schedule Friendly students Pay is given on a weekly basis Lots of bonuses I work around 30-40 hours here each week and I earn more than most people I know who have jobs at companies. Even at 30 hours, I earn more than most people I know who have full-time jobs. Plus, I don't need to commute so I get to have a lot of time for myself.

Cons

Few opportunities for growth. This is a good place to start working, but I wouldn't recommend it in the long run because the career growth is limited. Yes you will earn more than most entry-level jobs, but at least those people have opportunities to advance and get promoted over time. However, I know that Acadsoc is opening offices in the Philippines, so maybe there will be more opportunities then. Also, I hope there is also a more comprehensive feedback system for students (like attitude, recommendations, and such). Deductions are also very high
