The WORST DMs there will ever be!

Pros

- classes cancelled by students are still paid (it should be! because you still made an effort to wait for the student) - schedules are provided a week before so if you have plans for next week, you can just decide not to plot a schedule. - easy and organized learning materials

Cons

- the DMs are unresponsive. - when there's a technical issue, expect that you'll be the one to blame. therefore, expect that there will be a salary deduction. - salary deduction is too much. if you have 2 classes in one hour and you missed one class, you will still pay the whole hour. - i just had a concern recently, a student cannot hear me using the tool that they provided and so we just communicated by chatting inside that tool. my DM marked it as a tutor's problem even if it's a completed class (by chat). And her reason is because I have a problem with my internet. WTF?! How can I have a problem with my internet if I was able to chat with the student inside the web tool?

Salary is below par though you get fully paid even for unbooked classes or cancelled bookings or absent students. Technically, you still earn the same amount with other online teaching sites. They don't care for your experiences. From experience and from what I read too, it seems management doesn't care for the teachers. They keep on asking for FLOWERS when they are not really training the teachers. There is no coaching too. You don't even know when you get a failed survey and why you get a failed survey. They expect you to teach so well when they are not investing enough with their teachers. Teachers can't manage their own time, Management are not responding with your questions when you asked them.

Pros

7-11pm schedule is paid even if it is unbook but mostly fully booked since those are the peak hours.

Cons

If you have low booking rate, they won't allow you to book morning and afteenoon sched and you'll end up earning nothing coz their basic pay is too low and no other incentives. -Most of the Chinese TMs are unresposive, rude and lack of empathy. -The lesson materials are rubbish and many errors. You have to expand the material since it lacks subtance. -Their tutoring platform is very slow and you cannot hear the student clearly. It will frustrates you a lot. -There are also instances that they terminate tutors for many absences and complaints. They do not give chance if you made a mistake or if you had trouble with your internet, electricity etc. -The CS are also rude and doesn't speak English at all. You ended up resolving your own issue or the class will be cancelled becuase the CS cannot solve the issue with the system. -They also advice the non-native teachers not to mentiom their nationality since they charges their students like a native teacher. Non-native earns 2 usd per hour w/c is really sick. -There's a lot more and this company is really hopeless.
