      Pros

      Working in Acadsoc is nothing can compare with my previous jobs. I can work comfortably and having more time with my family and friends.

      Cons

      Less support on weekend classes.

      Pros

      At first, I didn't want to be a top tutor but my manager encouraged me. Now I am consistent being on the top 5 list for 3 cut-offs. I am very happy because I earn from my enrolment bouns with is equivalent to my based rate.

      Cons

      I can't say anything negative about Acadsoc.
