      Good place to start

      Pros

      I've been working here for a year and a half already and: -The software used for teaching is great as it gives you platform to be creative. -Majority of the students you may encounter are polite, interactive (but some need a lot of push or motivation). -Team managers responds well -Flexible teaching schedule. -Provides options to report a student that was being rude during class.

      Cons

      -Penalties: There are some unfair terms for being penalized and receiving a salary deduction such as unexpected loss of internet/electricity. -The website sometimes crashes. -Salary Pay has a point system that is a bit difficult to attain. -ACADSOC APP does not function well and is full of bugs
