You could get bonuses like completion bonuses, perfect attendance bonuses, etc., you could also work at the comfort of your own home and at you own your time.

Cons

Some Tutor Managers (TM) are not considerate so it's based on luck to get a good TM. It's tiring to speak for a long time if you're not used to it. You have to send your schedule 2 weeks in advance and penalties for cancelling booked classes are too big so you really have to be sure.
