Pros

They accommodate you at first, but as time passes they deem to close your schedule Good name company just for ESL newbies and practice teaching

Cons

1. HR are very unprofessional; they don't respond to queries. And they keep on passing the ball on whose to blame. 2. Average rate but Deductions are quite high. Scrupulous Chinese company. 3. Slot schedules which are open are suddenly close without proper reasoning. 4. For experienced esl teacher, don't ever apply in this company because rate is too low like 120php for starters. There are a lot of good companies out there, don't submit your requirements right away unless you asked them if they'll process you or not or else just like whom I reffered she waited for a long time. 5. Referral fee is low too. 6. Don't believe the ads you'll never hit 40k just 20k or higher if you'll get lucky with students for experience ESL Teacher 7. Ladderboards are few, therefore few opportunities for growth

Pros

-comparing to other online teaching schools that I have had experience with, there is absolutely no other PRO except that it is easier to take an unpaid break/vacation since the schedules are set on weekly basis

Cons

-They rarely answer your requests (30% of the time) - even the emergency ones (e.g. missing student or password to add student on QQ) or the essential ones (e.g. set the schedule for the following week) -The system very often (40% of the time) "magically" mark your open schedule as "CANCELLED BY THE STUDENT" after that time had passed even if you are in front of the computer waiting and standing by the students as if you were "absent" to teach. Therefore, you got punished for your "absence" . The computer technicians and the staff, as usual, do not respond/explain why this glitch happens -Salaries/cutoffs always delay 1 week or so, and the promised bonuses are rarely seen

THE WORST COMPANY EVER

You are working from home, but you are not working exaclly beacuse they will not give you any bookings.

Cons

I started teaching 3 weeks ago. For first 2 weeks everything was good, my schedule was fully booked , my students were very happy with me and i almost started getting regulars. All canceled classes were paid. My score was 4,95. After that two weeks my students started complaining that they can't book classes with me anymore. I asked my TM few times to explain me what is happening, because i can see my slots were open, but nobody else can. So, after that all paid canceled classes were marked on the schedule as unbooked and money was taken from salary. I don't know what to say, this is by far the worst experience i ever had. Still, nobody wants to explain me why i am not getting any bookings. If you think it is because of you ,it is not. THEY locked your schedule, you are wasting your time in front of the computer for nothing. This is how much they respect good teachers with all 5 star ratings. I don't even want to know what is happening to others.
