      Its pretty easy to get hired if you have no previous teaching experience They have training programs which really helps gaining knowledge

      Cons

      I never got paid for any classes that I did Terrible communication - you can go days / weeks without getting a response from management Getting booked is really hard if you aren't a Filipino
