Pros

Before i used to get help from the other tutors in the FB group when I was starting. I can say that most tutors are so responsive. They are very willing to help. They give me tips to newbies on how to improve my bookings and teaching skills. Now, I am sharing my knowledge to newbies as well. It's great to help others.

Cons

Supervisors are so busy that they can't response to all the tutors one by one on time.

Work-Life balance in Acadsoc

Pros

You can balance your work and your life. You can have time with your family and yourself. You don't need to work hard. Just know how to balance your working time and family time plus "me" time.

Cons

Sometimes, TM locks some slots.
