      Pros

      Strong bond between employees. Decent benefits package i.e. insurance, vacation time, employee gym Cool place to work for the first year or two.

      Cons

      Ineffective employees are kept around far too long. No evaluations are ever done. Promotions and raises seem to be based on chance and luck.

      You get an OK employee discount.

      Cons

      To progress in the co, you have to have been there a long time: not based on qualifications. Terrible "bonus" structure. They play favorites. Salary is hardly competitive. They are great to customers but not to the employees. They create a negative and stressful work environment.
