great pay and great people to work with. also, the store is first class. always updating things and making things better for us. free employee gym and nice lunchroom. the family that owns/runs it really cares about the staff.

Cons

their bonus fund is a little goofy, but they do pay out the cash. for sure long hours, but it is retail and they do pay overtime.
