Obviously we totally disagree with this review. It’s easy to be a critic without knowing what it takes to contribute to an 86 year old successful family business. I am sorry your personal views on “high school cliques” got in the way of you succeeding with us. We are constantly assessing employee wages to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards. In the past year, we increased our technician apprentice starting pay to $20/hr with an increase to $24 after completing their apprenticeship. We also have a generous bonus program which is paid out four times a year. We are a retail store that strives to meet the needs of our customers. While there are some long hours, employees are paid overtime and are happy with the extra income. Employees acquire sick time and paid time off and we accommodate requests for time off whenever possible. The key to our success is continually investing in employees and the business so that we may best serve our customers.

We always strive to be an industry leader in our knowledge of the products we sell and service, we have an in-house training facility with dedicated full time trainers as well as training from the manufacturers on a monthly basis. Several of these statements are untrue. We are constantly assessing the safety of fleet vehicles, in fact about 30-40 vehicles are replaced every year. We also pay out substantial bonuses 4 times a year and most employees love the extra income. These bonuses are based on performance and completion of jobs, if an employee does not receive one, then that is why. Steel toe boots are part of a uniform for certain departments and are for an employee's own personal protection. Since our answer is yes to any reasonable request, add on stops are necessary and this small request is what has kept us in business for 85 years.
