      Being with us for over 8 years, you should know we have an open door policy. Please feel free to speak with your manager or our Human Resources Department about anything of concern. We are always looking for areas of improvement but we need to be notified of any issues to improve upon them.

      Yes, we are a busy store and what we ultimately value is our employees who work hard and take care of the customer. Most of our employees are happy with the work and overtime versus the opposite.

      All of our employees receive annual reviews with performance-based raises. The majority of employees receive both raises and quarterly bonuses. We have consistently been rated a top workplace by our employees and have raised our starting pay several times to compete in the market. It is also well known throughout the store that we always promote within the company.
