      Can make good money while you’re here and take what you learn with you for the rest of your life. Don’t get complacent and challenge yourself

      Cons

      Rough hours, never know what the day will bring you. Management and sales will care little for you, but that’s okay because it’s reciprocated. Culture of putting your body at risk to compete stops.

      Pros

      Good starting pay and good health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      They do not allow very much overtime and they will try their best not to let you move up unless you are connected to the abt family or a manager. Work harder not smarter environment.

      We are a busy store and do offer overtime to our staff for most of the year. As a current employee, you should be aware of our internal job postings that are offered to every employee. Please feel free to speak with any department manager or even one of the owners if you are interested in any position. We love to see our staff grow within the company and always encourage it.
