3yYes, we are a busy store and what we ultimately value is our employees who work hard and take care of the customer. Most of our employees are happy with the work and overtime versus the opposite.

3yWe are a very stable employer and have not had a layoff in 87 years of doing business. We pay our salespeople fairly and ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. We are a family business where employees are always free to talk to the owners or anyone in upper management if they feel they are not being treated fairly as what we ultimately value is our employees who work hard and take care of the customer.
