3yThank you for the kind words and happy to hear you enjoy coming to work. We are trying to get lunch service in again, unfortunately COVID set that back. We will have some food trucks coming in and hopefully more popup vendors soon!

3yAlmost all of upper management is promoted from within, which is something we pride ourselves on. No one is perfect, which is why all employees, including managers, are continually trained throughout their careers at Abt. Our staff has an abundance of resources including a new state of the art on site training center for our installers/technicians. Our sales staff also has continued product training from manufacturer reps on and off site as well. We always encourage our staff to continue training and if they want to learn something new, they just need to ask. I am sorry you did not take advantage of the resources we offer for all of our employees.
