Pay is really good but comes with a price

Cut throat One of the Owners thinks you will be out to get him They pay well because you are being pay to be abused they prefer to hire part time employees so they don't have to pay for insurance HR director is an EX cop? (qualifications for that position) The "Head Greeter" is an Ex Army Ranger Sniper Abt runs on intimidation

This is quite laughable. If you truly worked here, you would know we prefer to hire full time employees over part-time. We are always looking for friendly, hard-working and well-qualified people we can invest in that will grow with the company long term. We have many employees here over 20 years; our longest has been here over 50. We take pride in partnering with organizations in an attempt to hire retired and active reserve military. Abt is a huge supporter of our law enforcement community, first responders, and military personnel. We value their skills and training. To make sure you have your facts correct: Our HR Director got her start in the medical field and has been in HR over 15 years. All of our Greeters are hard working and highly skilled talented individuals.

good pay, nice employees to work with as a team.

managers dont care about the tecks in the field, they always want you to do the impossible,they want you to do fast repairs on peoples appliances even if its not repaired right,they over load tecks on There route, leaving tecks little to no realistic time to do a good repair job,they Dont listen to nothing you have to say,its there way or no way,they will fire you at the drop of a dime,they only care about money and customers,not there technicians, dont work at this job,or you can become another victim of being fired.

We do not hire experienced appliance repair technicians, train them extensively for 2 months, and then fire them for no reason. If you would have not been tardy so often and did not take 2 to 3 times the amount of time to perform repairs, you would still be working for Abt. We listen and care about our Techs. (and all employees for that matter) as we want them to listen and care about our customers as well.
