Above avg pay, flexibility (at times), it is a very nice showroom.

Cons

You're just a number. Leave your self respect, honor, and any virtue at the door-if you don't drink the koolaid you're out.

You get an OK employee discount.

Cons

To progress in the co, you have to have been there a long time: not based on qualifications. Terrible "bonus" structure. They play favorites. Salary is hardly competitive. They are great to customers but not to the employees. They create a negative and stressful work environment.

Pros

Good for high school students but no one older than that. They pay better than most retail jobs. They do an excellent job with their customer service.

Cons

Everything is too high school drama and their is not enough room to move up in the company. The hours are flexible but good luck taking time off. They have great customer service but they really need to work on treating their employees with that same respect.
