Great company to work for.

Worst management ever! Managers don't care for other employees! They only care for them selfs!! they only want the job done and to make them look better. 3rd shift Management lies to employees, 3rd shift managers fired people if they're looking for other jobs. They have a lot of favoritism and I'm talking about family wise. They hide a lot of things from the owners and they don't know that! Not only saying this because I want to say it! 3rd shift employees are not happy with the management.

MONEY. When I worked there under Mr Abt. (A good man) You EARNED every single dollar.

Cons

You REALLY think your goin to be a "CURRENT" employee and rate Abt 1 star?!?! Yeah ok. Lets just say EVERYONE wants you to go the extra mile and "do the right thing" at YOUR expense and YOUR shoulders to bear the consequences.

Taught me a ton about electronics Gave me an opportunity to grow in a great family owned business Great pay and benefits Made me realize what it's like working for a great successful company First company that gave bonuses

Cons

The hours aren't ideal, however it's a sales job. So just like any sales job you are requires to work weekends & holidays.
