      Team Oriented Culture. ASEA know that the stronger and closer teams are, the more we'll succeed.

      Experiences can differ depending on Management styles. Nonetheless I've experienced management that has allowed me to be open and honest about my experiences.

      My favorite thing about ASEA is the culture there. It's unlike any place I have worked before. They only hire exceptional people.
