Asea is great at recognizing potential and rewards that work hard. An ambitious and hard-working individual can be confident they will be given opportunities for growth.

Good pay for a call center - lots of opportunities

Cons

Did not meet the call center director in the year I was there. Lots of drama. A lot of gossoping and unprofessionalism.
